1. Service and eligibility
The Invoice System is a hosted digital tool for creating, managing and emailing invoices. You must provide accurate registration details, be legally able to enter a contract, and keep your login credentials secure.
2. Free trial, plan and payment
Each newly verified account receives one three-day free trial with full platform access. No payment details are required for the trial. At expiry, dashboard and invoice access pauses, but stored records remain associated with the account so access can resume after purchase. The current promotional checkout price is ₹150 INR for three calendar months of access; the regular displayed price is ₹199 INR. Payment is prepaid through Razorpay and is activated only after server-side confirmation of a captured payment. The plan does not auto-renew and does not create a recurring debit.
3. Your content and responsibilities
You retain responsibility for invoices, customer details, products, files and other content you enter. You must have the right to use that content and must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity. You are responsible for the accuracy of invoices and for meeting your tax, accounting and legal obligations.
4. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, internet failures, security incidents or third-party outages may cause interruptions. We may update features or these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively and the current version will remain published here.
5. Suspension and termination
Access automatically pauses when a free trial or paid plan expires. We may suspend an account to protect the service, investigate fraud, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. You may stop using the service at any time.
6. Intellectual property
The application, branding and original software remain the property of Dwplacesolutions or its licensors. These terms grant only a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during an active plan.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis and Dwplacesolutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
