Information we collect
We collect account details such as name, email address and mobile number; your optional phone or WhatsApp marketing-consent choice and the time it was given; security and technical data such as IP address, login timestamps and rate-limit records; and the invoice, customer, product, business-setting and uploaded-branding data you choose to store.
Payments
Razorpay processes checkout payment details. We store payment references needed to verify and support a transaction, including Razorpay order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, status and relevant webhook event records. We do not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI credentials.
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, activate and manage free trials, verify accounts and payments, send OTPs and service emails, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, maintain records and comply with legal obligations. We use your mobile number for promotional phone or WhatsApp follow-up only when you actively select the optional consent checkbox.
Sharing and processors
Information is shared only as needed with service providers that support hosting, email delivery and payment processing, or when required by law. Razorpay has its own privacy practices for data it processes during checkout. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the account, maintain transaction and compliance records, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use access controls, encrypted transport, password hashing, input validation and other safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may decline marketing contact and still use the free trial. You may withdraw previously provided marketing consent, or request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, by emailing us from your registered address.
